Cernunnos, one of the ancient Roman Celtic mythological deities
The name means "horned", and it is generally believed that he is in charge of hunting, fertility, animals, plants, wilderness, etc., and has the power to dominate the underworld.
The image is a "deer-headed man" or "a strong male with antlers", holding a ring in one hand and a snake in the other, mostly appearing with snakes, deer, wolves, bears and other beasts
"Kornunos" is also worshipped by neo-druids, Wicca and other neo-paganisms, known as "horned God", the son and spouse of Mother Earth, symbolizing nature, sun, maleity, fertility, harvest, death, rebirth, etc.
The late summer festival (Samhain) is said to be a festival used by pagans to worship "Kornunos".
