Refund Policy

Short version: 30 days, no questions asked.

Who this applies to

Anyone who bought a digital book (PDF) or paperback book directly from mythologis.com. If you bought our paperback on Amazon, refunds are handled by Amazon under their policy.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with:

  1. The email address you used at checkout.
  2. The Stripe order ID (in your confirmation email).
  3. Optionally, a one-line note. You don't need to justify your decision, but if something specific went wrong (broken download, wrong file, content problem), telling us helps us fix it for the next buyer.

You can also reach us by phone at +1 (307) 459-0000 during Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 11:00 AM and 12:00 to 5:00 PM (US Mountain Time).

What happens next

  • We confirm the request within one business day.
  • The refund is issued back to the original payment method.
  • Stripe takes 5 to 10 business days to return the funds to your card statement (we have no control over that delay).
  • For PDFs, we ask that you delete your downloaded copy. For paperbacks shipped via print-on-demand (Amazon KDP), the refund is processed directly through Amazon.

Edge cases

  • Bundle refunds: if you bought a bundle and request a refund, the full bundle is refunded; we do not refund partial bundles.
  • Preorder refunds: if your book was in preorder at the time of purchase and has not yet been delivered, the refund is immediate. If the book has already been generated and emailed to you, normal 30-day terms apply.
  • Subscription products: we do not currently sell subscription products. If we ever do, the policy here will be updated.

Beyond 30 days

After 30 days, we do not issue refunds as a matter of policy. If your situation is genuinely exceptional (you never received the book, the file was corrupt, etc.), email us and we will figure it out.

Why we offer this

Because we want every reader to feel safe trying a Mythologis book, and because losing the price of a paperback is a small cost for us compared to having a disappointed reader. The refund offer is real, and using it is fine.
